Darion and Ashley were great. Extremely helpful with all parts of the experience. From planning rides to meals it was well thought out and executed with a smile. Would love to use them again. Just having someone tell you what you are doing at the parks makes it much more enjoyable. They were constantly working behind the scenes to coordinate all the rides that we wanted to see. We were lucky enough to see everything we wanted thanks to their knowledge and use of Genie+ and the lighting lanes combined with park timing.

We just returned from our Thanksgiving trip to Disney World. We had a fabulous time and have to thank Michael’s VIPS for making it all work. There was no way that we could have done it on our own. It’s a big place and an experienced tour guide is critical. We would highly recommend this group and will use them again on our next visit.

We had the most absolutely wonderful time at all the parks with Kelly. She surpassed all expectations! She was so kind, patient, and most of all knowledgeable about all the parks. Our entire family, especially our son, Nathan, had the greatest time with her. He had even mentioned that his favorite park was Hollywood Studios because of Star Wars…and Kelly! We cannot wait to come back again!

I was hesitant trying this service and wondered if the extra money was worth it. I'm so glad I decided to use your services!!! Our guide Rob really blended well with our family and my 6 year old was drawn to him like a magnet. It was great that he rode all the rides with us, got us on them quickly, and was a wealth of info about all of the parks. This was the easiest, most stress free day and was all around enjoyable!!

The two days we had our guide were excellent. We managed 18 rides / attractions at Magic Kingdom and 12 rides / attractions at Animal Kingdom. Our guide, Lindsey, was upbeat, knowledgeable, fantastic with our three kids, and super organized. It was, without a doubt, our best ever trip to any Disney park. Highly, highly recommended.

We requested a female guide and were assigned an exceptional person who related well to all of us (grandparents, parent and grandchildren, 7 and 9). Our VIP Private Guide, Reanne, called us ahead of time to check in and inquire about our family and preferences. She communicated every evening the plans for the following day and made all of the necessary arrangements re: place, pick up, and drop off with our transportation service. She was thoroughly organized all the time, getting us to the parks on time each day at the right time, to each event, ride, and restaurant, adjusting the schedule when needed. Her knowledge of Harry Potter was invaluable and a source of great delight and awe for our grandchildren, ready to cast spells with her help! She made our trip to Disney World a great success full of joy, wonder, mystery and magic. A real professional whose maturity and sensitivity to our needs and desires made this trip so very memorable. ROB WAS AWESOME!!!!! Knowledgeable, attentive, anticipatory, and friendly! This was an absolutely incredible experience for our daughter's 5th birthday. Door to door service. Friendly drivers. Rob was AMAZING. He set up the perfect tour itinerary for us, which allowed us to maximize the number of attractions we saw. Totally captured the exact types of things our kids would find appealing. He was also fun to hang out with, which helped since we spent 9 hours with him in 90-degree heat in a packed park on a holiday week!

If you really want to do the Orlando experience the right way, Michael's VIP is the perfect option. What our family was able to accomplish in four days was truly magical. You can tailor the trip to your family's needs and they manage to make all happy, which can be difficult to do. Highly recommend!

Renee was AMAZING!! She was very informative, has a great knowledge about the parks, rides, characters, restaurants, everything! My family loved her! She has a great personality, is very courteous, very friendly, and very energetic! My 4yr old daughter loved her!! They were constantly holding hands. Renee was super sweet, and because of her I can say that we had one of the best days in our lives!! Renee was very approachable and very accommodating to all of our needs. She made our visit to the Magic Kingdom so fun, MAGICAL, and so smooth! We visited over 20 rides, and without her help and input we would have never made it!! Your office responded to my VIP tour request in less than thirty minutes, and made everything very smooth and easy. I contacted them a week before my visit, and they were able to work us in without any issues!!

The entire experience with Michael's VIPS from start to finish was wonderful. Our guide, Rob, was fabulous!! He was so friendly and organized. He knew Universal Studios inside and out and he made our day experiencing the Wizarding World of Harry Potter so relaxing and stress free. The service is the only way to go! It really made it possible to do so much more and to enjoy it all! Darrell was awesome! The kids adored him! He was patient with their endless questions of "What are we doing next?" and spent time with each of them. He listened to our requests, but also made good suggestions. Everyone was very helpful with the preplanning of the trip. Communication with the office staff was great. They were on top of planning every detail and always were available to answer questions. Everything ran very smoothly and our guide Brooke was great! This is the only way to see the Disney parks. We never waited in line for more then 10 minutes. It was wonderful!
